As a neurodivergent Chinese woman with ADHD, I’ve always seen the world through a multi-dimensional lens. My background in architecture, systems thinking, and equity work means I naturally zoom between big-picture patterns and the small details that make something truly human.

Each project is different - and so is my role in it. What stays consistent is my commitment to curiosity, care, and creating value with communities.
